The Hidden Lake Association is a taxing municipality under the State of Connecticut "Special Taxing Districts" There are no Association fees. The State Legislative Charter in which we are mandated is posted on this website under the About page labeled "By-Laws"
TAX COLLECTOR’S LEGAL NOTICE
Taxes levied on the Grand List of October 1, 2022 become due and payable on July 1, 2023.
If payment is not received/postmarked by August 1, 2023, these taxes are considered delinquent and interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per
month from the original due date of July 1, 2023.
