HLA Septic Pumping

The duties of the Septic Committee is to assure the HLA Septic Ordinance  is carried out. Each dwelling is required to have their septic system pumped for inspection every four years. A list is compiled with each dwelling listed and this list is given to the septic contractor. The Septic committee is responsible for making sure all dwellings are pumped for that year.

Our 2026-2027 contract is with Septic Systems Solutions in Higganum CT.
